Port Wine

Port wine is a fortified wine from Portugal made by adding grape spirit during the fermentation process. This technique stops fermentation early, retaining the grape's natural sweetness and producing a wine with higher alcohol content and a rich, smooth texture.

Known for its intense, layered flavors—from dark fruit, caramel, spice, to chocolate—Port wine is available in a variety of styles, including Ruby, Tawny, Late Bottled Vintage (LBV), and Vintage Port.
